Yes. Each organisation can have one free 15-minute AI consultation. If you’d like to go further, you can request a paid consultation with a Melora consultant.

Am I talking to a person?

No. Maya and Alex are AI consultants — fictional personas powered by AI and trained on Melora’s approach. A Melora consultant reviews every conversation afterwards and responds within five business days.

Do I need to do the assessment first?

It’s recommended but optional. The 5-minute AI maturity assessment gives your consultant a head start, so more of your 15 minutes goes on what matters to you.

Is the conversation recorded?

Audio is not recorded. A text transcript and summary are kept so a Melora consultant can review them, as described in our AI Use Notice and Privacy Policy.
